Brittas Bay Surf Camp
have announced a 5 day surf camp for kids (age 8 – 16) on site at Ballymoney beach. They will have all the boards and wetsuits and run a 2 hour lesson in the afternoon (starting 2 or 3 pm). The proposed week for this camp is the 18th August. The camp can take up to 32 kids with a 1 : 8 student ratio (instructor to surfer).
The surf camp will run for 2 hours everyday and includes surf instruction and beach games. We can also take younger kids but would need the parents to be on hand in case they wanted to leave the water/group for any reason.
The rate for the week is Eur 100 per child.
The school is ISA ( Irish Surfing Association) approved and all our instructors are ISA qualified with their Beach Lifeguard Cert.
