Tara Meadows has a fifteen year policy on updating mobile homes. Prices of mobiles reflect the  standard,  condition and the number of years the unit has remaining on the park. No outside  agents are permitted  to trade on our park. We operate a yearly licence agreement, and for your comfort and security do not allow subletting.
